Tilapia and Chorizo with Swiss Cheese on Grilled Marble Rye

I am endeavoring to try something new everyday for a year.

I am not a fish eater but tried a terrific sandwich, created by Chip Fegert, yesterday evening at my Birthday Party. It was a Grilled Tilapia and Chorizo Sandwich with Swiss Cheese on Rye.

It was such a yummy surprise that I wondered what else I was missing. This is why I have created this blog--to try new foods, experience new events, create new things--and see if I like them.
